The display on the Dell Inspiron 16 Plus is a 16-inch IPS LCD panel in 3K resolution (3072 x 1920 pixels), so you’ll get finely detailed rendering, which is important for graphic work like photo editing. In our test, the contrast ratio measured at 1531:1, which is fine for gaming and more than enough for office work. On the other hand, the advertised brightness at 300 cd/m² was only measured at 289 cd/m², which does not make use in direct sunlight pleasant, even with the anti-reflective coating.

However, its consumption is limited to 60 W, which limits its performance and prevents you from taking advantage of its full potential. Given that the RTX 3060’s performance is limited, high-strung competitive gaming is highly inadvisable. On the other hand, nothing prevents you from enjoying the sublime landscapes of red dead redemption 2 either God of War with DLSS enabled.
