Do you want to go up a size without paying the price? This 55-inch QLED TV made by TCL sees its price drop from 649 to 513 euros.
TCL offers QLED TVs that are on average more affordable than other models on the market, at least in the European market. The 55-inch (127 cm) model named TCL 55QLED760 is a good example today, losing just over 130 euros.
What are the strengths of the 55QLED760 TV?
- A 55-inch QLED panel
- Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos compatible
- Google TV integrated
Usually offered at 649 euros, the TCL 55QLED760 television is now available for sale at 513 euros on the Ubaldi website.
A quality 55-inch QLED TV at a very reasonable price
The TCL 55QLED760 TV is quite stylish with very thin bezels and a solid metal stand. The 55-inch QLED panel offers a screen with more vivid colors and much higher brightness than a conventional LED screen. The level of image quality does not reach the level of an OLED panel but we continue in the quality contrast processing.
The image quality is also enhanced by the contribution of the IPQ Engine technology that is found in certain televisions of the brand and that allows a natural use of the image if it is not natively in 4K UHD. The TV is also based on support for the best HDR standards: Dolby Vision, HDR10, HDR10+ and HLG. On the sound side, TCL relies on Dolby Atmos emulation for even greater immersion regardless of the content being watched.
With the panel being limited to 50Hz, it doesn’t benefit from the latest treatments designed for gamers. Point of HDMI 2.1, we will have to settle for 4 HDMI 2.0 inputs. Despite everything, TCL has still thought about including a dedicated mode that allows some fluidity and image calibration for games. In the rest of the connectors there are two USB ports, an optical audio output, a headphone jack, an Ethernet port, an antenna input and a satellite input.
Google TV as driver
On the operating system side, this model runs on Google TV, an always-fluid interface that further highlights the movies and series that seem relevant to your tastes, depending on the services you subscribe to. Obviously it gives access to many applications such as Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video, Disney +, MyCanal, etc. Voice assistants are also included, so you can control your TV with your voice. It even includes the Chromecast feature, which will take care of streaming content from your smartphone.
