At MWC 2023, the Honor Magic Vs draws attention as it reveals its official price in euros, especially for France.
It’s been some time since we published our Honor Magic Vs. However, the foldable smartphone was one of the stars of MWC 2023. Launched in China since 2022, the device took advantage of the Barcelona show to reveal its European price.
The Honor Magic Vs is therefore launched in France at the recommended price of 1599 euros, in configuration 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage.
two key arguments
Remember that it differs from its best opponent, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4, in two main points:
- The hinge
- the front screen.
For the hinge, the Honor Magic Vs opts for a system made up of only four parts. A simplicity that wants to reassure the user: it is assumed that fewer parts involved mean fewer parts to damage.
Especially, with its fold in “water drop – the screen bends in two places when folded for better stretching – manages to fully close when not unfolded. The Honor Magic Vs therefore doesn’t suffer from the less elegant gap of the Z Fold 4.
The external screen is also a strong point since it benefits from a relatively classic ratio that does not require any effort to adapt to be able to use it. In certain uses, such as writing SMS, it is practical not to have to deal with too narrow a slab.
Some technical characteristics
The Honor Magic Vs has a weight of 261 grams. Its external screen benefits from a diagonal of 6.45 inches and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The internal screen, which folds, extends over 7.9 inches and benefits from a 90 Hz refresh rate. Both panels are Smelled.
Inside, it’s a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 running the store to ensure good performance. In the photographic section, it has a 54 Mpx main sensor, a 50 Mpx ultra-wide angle and an 8 Mpx x3 telephoto lens. The 5000 mAh battery is recharged with a 66 W charger.
The Honor Magic Vs will be launched in our regions during the first half of 2023. As a reminder, its price will be 1599 euros. Two colors to choose from: Cyan and Black.
