Sony has revealed the list of games added to the catalog of its PlayStation Plus service in January.
While Microsoft seems to have prepared a fairly light start to the month for Xbox Game Pass, Sony continues to make rapid progress on its service by filling the catalog. It must be said that the manufacturer launched the new PlayStation Plus Extra formula only in 2022 and therefore has to catch up.
Games added to PlayStation Plus Extra in January 2023
Here’s the list of games that will be offered to PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium subscribers, at no additional cost, starting January 17.
- Return 4 Blood
- Dragon Ball FighterZ
- Devil May Cry 5 Special Edition
- Life is strange before the storm
- Life is strange
- jett the far shore
- Just Cause 4: Reloaded
- omni
- Erica
These are mostly older versions, but still very popular or critically acclaimed games. So many games that, therefore, it is interesting to discover them if you have never tried them. especially the series Life is strangeVery narrative game where your choices will have an impact and where the writing of the characters is especially worked on.
Sony also takes the opportunity to add a few games to the retro catalogs of the PlayStation Plus Premium:
- Siphon filter 3
- Star Wars demolition
- hot golf shots 2
These three games were originally released on Sony’s first PlayStation.
