Oppo could offer a definition a little beyond Full HD for the panel of its next Oppo Find X6. By the way, the slab would expand to 6.7 inches.
After a successful Oppo Find X5 series, the Oppo Find X6s are preparing very well. So far, the leaks have focused more on the design of the back of the basic smartphone, the Oppo Find X6, but today we know a little more about the possible capabilities of the screen.
The Digital Chat Station leaker has revealed a rather attractive technical sheet. The Find X6 would offer a panel that could probably be described as Full HD+ since it would display a definition of 2772 by 1240 pixels. It would therefore be slightly more pixels than last year’s Oppo Find X5 with its 2400 x 1080 pixels.
A possibly bigger slab
This pixel gain would not be useless. In fact, according to the leaker who officiates on Weibo, the size of the slab would grow. It would go from 6.5 inches to 6.74 inches, a size close to the current Oppo Find X5 Pro. Therefore, we can imagine that the Oppo Find X6 Pro will gain a little more size
For the rest, it would of course be a 120Hz AMOLED panel. Small change likely on the horizon: the selfie camera bump would punch holes in the phone in the center and not on the side. Given the slab widening, it wouldn’t be a huge loss, but if the news is confirmed, we may still have regrets. In fact, the bump on the sides has the advantage of clearing the view for video games or video.
The Oppo Find X6 is expected at the end of February for a price of around 1,000 euros. The Pro version for its part should be close to 1300 euros.
