On the occasion of the sales, this already affordable model is even more so since it benefits from a 40% promotion.

A screen that fishes a bit, but the fluidity is there

If there is something that stands out about the Honor Magic 4 Lite smartphone, it is its very original photographic module, which almost looks like a cooking hob. As for the design of the model as a whole, the high-end materials that we can find in the brand’s most expensive smartphones have been replaced with plastic. Despite this choice, the grip will remain very comfortable.

Turning the Honor Magic 4 Lite around, we discover a 6.81-inch, almost borderless screen that sports a small bump in the center. If this panel has the merit of offering a refresh rate of 120 Hz, the guarantee of beautiful fluidity, we will still regret the choice of the brand to bet on LCD, and not OLED, as some competitors in the same price range do.

Good daily performance

The Honor Magic 4 Lite, despite being a “light” version of the Honor Magic 4, shows a good performance with its Snapdragon 695 chip, supported by 6 GB of RAM. It is true that the configuration will not be the most powerful, but it will offer a smooth experience without slowing down, and it will be able to handle multitasking and run various applications without problems. You’ll even be able to play some games in 3D, as long as you don’t push them too hard. Also note that Play Store apps will be present here.

On the autonomy side, the smartphone has a 4,800 mAh battery, which should allow it to last two days without difficulty, in particular thanks to its LCD screen that has adaptive updating. The 66 W fast charge will also be present: it will allow you to recover 45% of the battery in just 15 minutes. For a full charge, wait 45 minutes.

A part of the photo well managed

The Honor Magic 4 Lite has three sensors on the rear: a 48-megapixel wide-angle lens, as well as a macro lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor each. The main sensor does the best, offering a nice color palette in good light conditions. For its part, the night mode is not really memorable, despite an encouraging result indoors. As for the macro mode, it will turn out to be of little interest.
