Nvidia has just activated its new Parisian SuperPOD GeForce Now. Ultimate subscribers can now enjoy power equivalent to the RTX 4080

The GeForce RTX 4080 is a top-tier graphics card, but it’s expensive. Very expensive! But now there’s a new way to enjoy it without having to slam your PEL shut: GeForce Now.
GeForce Now Ultimate is updated to RTX 4080
In January, during CES, Nvidia announced the redesign of its offer cloud gaming. The GeForce Now RTX 3080 subscription thus became GeForce Now Ultimate, promising to offer an equivalent to the RTX 4080 to subscribers. The service thus becomes more powerful than a PS5 or an Xbox Series X, with a latency reduced to less than 40 ms.
Two months after the announcement, an eighth SuperPOD lights up, and it’s in Paris. Therefore, French players can take advantage of this power in their Ultimate subscription with nearby servers.

We had a chance to test this new GeForce Now formula back in January by connecting to the Frankfurt server. Despite the distance, we were amazed to the point of saying that Nvidia was 10 years ahead of the competition. The only drawback always: the game catalog, always a bit weak.
New batch of games on GeForce Now
However, the catalog is periodically expanded. First of all, the partnership with Microsoft gives GeForce Now the catalog of Xbox games and possibly Activision Blizzard games in the future. Also, new games are added to the service every Thursday.
Here are the new titles supported by GeForce Now:
- atomic heart (Steam)
- bowl of blood 3 (Steam Store and Epic Games)
- Chef Life: a restaurant simulator (Steam)
- children of the forest (Steam)
- Knights of the embers (Steam)
- cartel tycoon (Epic Games Store)
Of course, it is still necessary to buy the games on these platforms and pay the Ultimate subscription (20 euros per month or 100 euros for six months) to enjoy this quality. It is still possible to try GeForce Now with the free offer (but limited to 1 hour per session), or subscribe to the Priority subscription (10 euros per month or 50 euros for six months).
