The Galaxy S23, S23 Plus, and S23 Ultra may be full of goodwill, but the fact is, for many wallets, they’re a bit out of budget. Thankfully, Samsung has been beefing up its mid-range game for a few years now, notably by offering an excellent Galaxy A53 and an honorable Galaxy A33.

His successors, unable to revolutionize the formula, promise solid technical data sheets. These have just been revealed by the German site. winfuture, very reliable in terms of leaks. Let’s add that according to your information, there would be no Galaxy A74 this year.

Samsung Galaxy A54

The Galaxy A54 would offer a 6.4-inch Super Amoled screen in Full HD and 120 Hz. It would be a flat panel with thicker edges than in the Galaxy S23 to save some money. A center punch would accommodate the selfie camera.

Under its shell we would find, not a Snapdragon like its older brothers, but an Exynos 1380 (quad 2.4 GHz cores and 4 2 GHz cores). It would offer a performance jump of 5% on a single core and even 30% on multiple cores. The A53 tended to slow down a bit when asked of slightly larger tasks. Here’s something to improve that. It must be accompanied by 8 GB of RAM.

For the photo, the phone would be based on a 50-megapixel sensor, helped by a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.

It would be a 5G phone, equipped with Wi-Fi 6, an NFC chip and support for 25W charging, to power a 5000 mAh battery. It would ship with Android 13.

Samsung Galaxy A34

The Samsung Galaxy A34 for its part would be based on a MediaTek Dimensity 900 chip, capable of reaching up to 2.2 GHz in its eight cores. It would be a larger phone than the A54, with a 6.6-inch full HD 120 Hz Super Amoled panel, but with a teardrop notch.

For the photo, it would be based on a 48-megapixel sensor as well as an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera. A 5-megapixel macro sensor would complete the whole thing, as well as a 13-megapixel selfie camera on the front.

The A’s Strength: Durability

Both phones would show a very satisfactory level of durability with an IP67 certification that makes them resistant to water and dust. Samsung is also expected to renew its promise of five years of software support with four years of new Android releases.

The price should inflate a bit for the A34, since it would pass the bar of 400 euros. The A54 for its part would make fun of 500 euros.
