In a second tweet, the company obviously says that it is fully mobilized to correct these problems as soon as possible. In order to continue contacting the emergency services in the best possible conditions, some departmental services of the SAMU and Fire Department have set up alternative telephone numbers. They are communicated on the social networks of these services and broadcast by the local press.
