To combine several surveillance cameras, you usually have to pay the price. However, Amazon offers a very interesting kit to monitor your home without asking for a large sum. In the kit is your Blink Outdoor, an outdoor camera that alerts in case of movement and films in 1080p, but also the Blink Mini. It is a small indoor camera that offers clear images even at night. Together, these two products provide more serenity and are in a pack that benefits from a discount of 60 euros.

Indoor and outdoor surveillance
With a camera dedicated to the exterior and interior, you will be able to leave the house with more serenity. To return to the kit, we discover the Blink Outdoor. It is designed for the outdoors and is therefore able to withstand bad weather. Running on (AA) batteries, it is durable enough to last two years. Once installed, the camera is capable of shooting in 1080p and has infrared night vision, but only in 720p. A two-way audio system is integrated so you can hear and speak to the people who would be knocking on your door.
The Blink Mini camera, on the other hand, is to be used indoors and can be easily camouflaged in your living space. To turn it on, simply connect it to a power outlet and place it on a piece of furniture thanks to its modular foot that will allow you to orient the camera lens according to your convenience. It’s capable of shooting in Full HD to produce clean images that can be lacking in detail at times, but are still usable. It is equipped with an infrared sensor that allows recording once night falls, but we lose quality. This product also features a two-way microphone, which will pick up ambient sounds without too much distortion, and a low-power speaker, which will reproduce sound correctly and sufficiently indoors.

Both are capable of detecting motion and work through the Blink Home app. Through it, you can receive notifications when, for example, a movement is detected. Otherwise, it will be possible to create “detection zones”, which is ideal so that your phone does not vibrate every five minutes, because the cameras are also filming part of the busy street. It is also useful if you consider the latter to be a more sensitive point.
And, to store the videos, the Sync Module 2 is included in this package and will save the recorded videos locally and using a USB key for viewing or downloading. No monthly fees apply.
